Tokinome (時ノ目) is a character that has yet to make a formal debut in Deep-Sea Prisoner's creations. She is the witch of time and clocks.
Physical Description[]
Tokinome has raceless white skin, long wavy dull green hair ending at her knees and green eyes. Her witch hat is dark blue on the outside and red on the inside with a bent end taking the shape of a clock hand. Her hat is also decorated with clocks fastened by a chain as a ribbon and four clocks hang from the inside. She wears a high-collared dark blue dress covered in clocks with a white collar and petticoat. She also wears black leggings and dark blue boots. Her broom has a curl at the end with a slight bend along its length and a clock fastened at the bristles.

Tokinome is said to have a calm personality. [1] Not much else is known about her personality.
