Yagi (夜木) is a character that has yet to make a formal debut in Deep-Sea Prisoner's creations. He is an archdemon, Satanick's 2nd subordinate, and Sullivan's boss.
Physical Description[]
Yagi has raceless white skin, red eyes with bags underneath, messy white hair with ears having gray tips, and a pair of mountain goat's horns. He also has four ears [4] - two regular and two goat. He is said to be "fluffy in some places" as well. [5] He sports a long black coat reaching up to his knees with a fur collar and three brown buttons of different shades lined up in a straight column. He also wears a red collared shirt with brown buttons, grayish pinstriped pants, black dress shoes, and a black tie. He is often seen wearing a gas mask with a bio-hazard symbol on it as well. His hands are furry as seen in an illustration.
Personality[]
Yagi loves alcohol and cigars [6] but shows concern for his boss Satanick when he drinks "recklessly." He is also described to be a "loser man" running from his wife. [6] He uses the personal pronoun "watashi" when referring to himself. [7]
Background[]
Yagi was created by Satanick sometime in the past. [5] He later got married to his wife and has a son named Jork. Yagi is also tasked with managing the underground city. [2] Yagi has a large house due to his high rank of being an archdemon as well. [8]

Unnamed Wife[]
Yagi has an unnamed wife who he is currently running away from. [6] In one artwork captioned "Matrimonial quarrel to end the century", his wife can be seen stabbing him. They supposedly separated after his wife caught Yagi "playing" with Yuu. [2]
Jork[]
Jork is Yagi's son. Yagi has the tendency to tease him about how weak he is, but does not appear to have a bad relationship with him either.
Envi[]
Envi and Yagi are relatives. [9] When asked if they are brothers, Deep-Sea Prisoner vaguely responded they can be seen that way. [10] The two of them are also coworkers as subordinates of Satanick. Envi is short-tempered and easily gets mad; Yagi always has to tell him to calm down as a result. [11] Yagi clean ups Envi's messes as well. [2]
Eimin[]
Eimin and Yagi are relatives, [3] but how is currently unknown. The precise dynamics of their relationship are also unknown. In one illustration, Yagi tried to shave down Eimin, despite Eimin being eager to escape.
Suimin[]
Sumin and Yagi are relatives, [3] but how is currently unknown. In one artwork, Yagi and Sumin tried to shave down her brother Eimin.

Sullivan[]
Sullivan is Yagi's "favorite subordinate" according to Deep-Sea Prisoner. [3] He cannot reject Yagi's orders. [3] In one mini-comic, Yagi forced Sullivan to drink with him.

Satanick[]
Satanick is Yagi's boss and creator. [5] Satanick once went to Yagi to vent about his feelings regarding Ivlis and got the advice to use drugs or brainwashing. Yagi also mentioned having once seen a similar situation with Satanick regarding his lovesickness. Yagi often drinks with him in the evenings as well. [2]
Licorice[]
Licorice and Yagi have yet to be seen interacting. However, Satanick's subordinates - except for Envi - are sensible and will respond calmly when dealing with Licorice. [11]

Yuu is Yagi's enemy. Yagi was once caught "playing" with Yuu, subsequently leading to his wife and him separating. [2]

Natural Abilities[]
- Nigh-Absolute Immortality - Being a demon, Yagi cannot die from natural causes such as aging or disease. [12] [13]
- Regenerative Healing Factor - Being a demon, he is able to regenerate body parts, even guts and bones. [14]
- Ambidexterity - He is naturally ambidextrous. [15]
- Flight - He has six wings with which he can fly, although he usually chooses not to show them. [5]
Trivia[]
- Yagi means "goat" in Japanese. The way his name is written, however, literally translates to "night tree." [16]
- He is one of Deep-Sea Prisoner's tallest characters.
- He has a genderbend which will be drawn sometime in the future. [17]
- Yagi's female counterpart would be 2 meters (199cm (≈6'5")) tall. [18]
