Vicers (ヴァイサーズ) is a character that has yet to make a formal debut in Deep-Sea Prisoner's creations. He is Justim's older brother.
Physical Description[]
Vicers has raceless white skin and short green hair parted to the left where his left bangs cover his gold eyes. He also has swamp green horns and a similarly green tail. He wears a dark green coat with thorny motifs, brown belt over a white dress shirt, black tie, white gloves, black pants, and heeled black shoes with blue-green soles. He also wears slightly tighter boxer briefs. [1]
Personality[]
Vicers is shown frowning in most artworks he appears in. Not much else is known about his personality.
Background[]
Vicers is not a devil, and it is said his existence is somewhat more special than that. [2] It has also been stated due to his appearance marking him as such he has been taken to a devil's meeting. [3] It has been said he once opposed his younger brother Justim in the past as well. [3] Not much else is currently known about his background.

Justim and Vicers' mutual romantic feelings.
Justim is Vicers' younger brother. They cannot stand each other but also cannot live without one another. [2] They are said to engage in copulation in recent times but used to fight in the past. As of the 2017/10/21 update, the two have been shown to have a romantic connection.

- Nigh-Absolute Immortality - Like most non-human characters in the Deep-Sea Universe, Vicers cannot die from natural causes such as aging or disease. [4]

- Vicers' name is a wordplay on the word "vices."
